About Us
Kotento – A Journey of Legacy and Flavor
Kotento means “content” or “satisfied” in Tagalog, and that’s exactly how we want you to feel after experiencing our offerings. As a first-generation Philippine immigrant from a food-loving family, my passion for sharing authentic flavors has inspired me to create Kotento. This venture is not just about delicious food—it’s about preserving and fostering a culinary legacy for generations to come.
Although I’ve spent my professional career in marketing, sales, and administration, my love for food and hospitality never faded. My first experiences in the food industry were on the customer service side, but now, I’m excited to step into the kitchen and bring my culinary vision to life for Everett and the greater PNW region.
Currently structured as a holdings company, Kotento will eventually transition into an operational LLC that will bring Filipino flavors to the community—either through a brick-and-mortar location or a mobile food truck/cart.
